Jason Watts has 18 years of experience as a business leader in the agriculture industry and the transition to a professional Land Broker was a natural fit. In 2005 Jason coordinated one semi load of alfalfa to be shipped from Utah to Texas and that one transaction turned into thousands of semis of hay being sold in the United States. Along the way, Jason had a front row seat observing how successful farms and ranches were operating at a profitable level. He learned from operators the "boots on the ground" approach to the key takeaways of water rights, subsurface water, fertile vs non fertile soils, rangeland management, stocking animal units, and capital improvements.
Jason understands the family legacy of land ownership and his approach to selling land is unique when working with sellers to secure their future goals. The creation of the farm & ranch property management division of WW Land Group was a vision Jason could see that would elevate our credentials and keep our team knowledgeable with updated land management best practices. The property management program provides us an inside view of the tools to market property to sell. Profitable lands, recreational lands, lands to be improved, or investment lands with an Return on Investment portfolio.
To date Jason has sold $11.6 million in real estate transactions.
